Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise noted in the item description, we ship all items by US Postal
Service Priority Mail. We have found this to be the fastest and most
reliable means of shipping. Normally, we ship every day except weekends and
holidays. Your products are shipped within two business days after the order is
placed and payment is received. If there are any delays or problems with the order,
you will be notified by eMail and advised of the problem. Please be sure to include
an eMail address during checkout. We don't sell
eMail lists or Spam you, we just want you to know we care enough about
your business to at least notify you of any problems.
Please note that without exception, ALL instances where there has been a communications
dispute between CO2Doctor and the Customer, at the root of the problem is the SPAM filter.
Many times we send inquiries about an order to a customer and their SPAM filter
wrongfully tags our email as SPAM and the Customer never sees it.
We NEVER send unsolicited email but SPAM is so pervasive that even the best of filters
occasionally tags the wrong email as junk mail. To be safe, please add CO2Doctor to
your "Whitelist" to ensure that all email from us makes it to you.

Tracking Numbers
Upon order processing and shipping label printing, you will be sent a US Postal Service
Tracking Number. Receiving this number is no guarantee your order has shipped, it
only means that we printed the shipping label and it is due to ship soon.
Please DO NOT be alarmed if the tracking information shows the product as not
having been shipped. Unfortunately, the Post Office does not update their Tracking
Number database frequently enough for you to see real-time information. Unless we
email you with notice of shipping delay, rest assured, your package will ship within a
couple of days from receipt of the tracking number. Tracking numbers are useful only
for the purpose of tracking missing or lost shipments and only after several days after
they have been generated. International shipments can be delayed by their respective
governments and shippers for several weeks after you receive a tracking number.
Unfortunately, there's not much we can do after it leaves our facility..
Insurance
Insurance is NOT included in the Shipping
Charges. We are not responsible for shipping damages, loss, or delays that are out
of our control. Once we ship, the package is out of our control and we will assist
you in tracking it to the best of our abilities, but ultimately our responsibility for the
shipment ends once we hand over the shipment to the US Postal Service or shipping
carrier. If you want insurance coverage, please checkout and pay as normal,
then be sure to send us an email requesting Insurance. Once your request
is received, we will send you a PayPal Invoice for the additional actual cost of the
insurance. As soon as the Invoice is paid, we ship.
Be advised that some shipment methods do NOT qualify for insurance due to Postal
Regulations. In those instances we may have to change shipping carriers or type of
service which will affect the cost of the shipment itself, not counting any added
insurance. regardless of circumstance, we will always notify you PRIOR to processing
the order.
Under some circumstances we may insist that the purchaser pay for insurance as a means
of protection against mail fraud by foreign postal carriers.
International Orders
We gladly accept International Orders from most countries, some countries are excluded
due to excessive Internet Fraud and/or International Trade Restrictions. Blocked
countries include: North Korea, Cuba, South America, Italy, Greece, Portugal, China,
Eastern Europe, Russia, Latin America, Malaysia, Philippines, Middle East, and most
African countries are specifically blocked from purchases.
APO Orders are welcome. If you feel there is a specific circumstance which
warrants an exception to these restrictions, please write us and we will consider your
request.
International shipments, including Canada, can take much longer due to increase Customs
and border security. We have seen Canadian shipments take as long as three weeks,
mostly due to Canada Post efficiency and delivery issues.
Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise noted in the item description, we ship all items by US Postal Service
Priority Mail for United States shipments, and US Postal Service International Priority
Mail for Foreign Countries. All shipments are made with Delivery Confirmation.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at Checkout based on the destination
selected by the Customer such as Country and/or Postal Code (Zip Code).
International Orders may incur additional Shipping Charges on items shown as "FREE
Shipping" since those items are shipped Free ONLY to the 50 United States of
America. If additional Shipping Charges are incurred, they will be Invoiced via
PayPal after receipt of your Order and Order Payment.
Online Fraud
We recognize that the world of eCommerce is full of unsavory people that are out to
steal from you at every chance they get. Since we do not actually process your
credit cards ourselves, you do not have to worry about how we store your private
information (please see our Privacy Policy). PayPal and
CO2Doctor want to assure you that we take Online Fraud seriously and that we Prosecute all
identifiable perpetrators to the fullest extent of the law.
